Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

We aim to ensure every purchase meets your satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Product (Wrong size, wrong item, incomplete set) Payment Refund or Free Exchange Within 7 days of delivery.
All Other Cases (Change of mind, dissatisfaction, etc.) Product Exchange Only Within 7 days of delivery.

 

2. Return Guidelines

 

For a return or exchange to be valid, the product must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • The product must be original and unused and in a saleable condition.

  • Original tags must be retained and returned with the product.

  • The security seal (if applicable) must be intact.

 

3. Return & Exchange Charges

Mistake by ITA (Wrong size/product, damaged, incomplete set) Free (Reverse pickup and new shipping are covered by us)
All Other Cases (e.g., preference-based exchange) INR 199 reverse pickup fee per product + standard shipping charge for the new exchange item.
Orders Shipped but Not Accepted by Customer A restocking fee of INR 199 per item will be charged, plus any applicable original shipping charge.

Note: The company reserves the right to levy standard shipping charges on cases that are subject to legal scrutiny.

 

4. Initiating a Return or Exchange

 

To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery:

Required Information: When emailing, please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. The courier Docket Number (or AWB number).

  3. A detailed Reason for Return/Exchange.

  4. Product image clearly showing the defect/wrong size and the intact tags.


 

Cancellation Policy

 

We offer an easy cancellation process for all our valued customers.

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your online order free of charge before the product has been Dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Cancellation After Dispatch: If cancellation is requested after the product has been dispatched, the customer will be charged the shipping fee and a restocking fee.

  • Partial Cancellation: Please note that we do not accept requests for partial order cancellation. The complete order must be cancelled.

Refund Policy

 

Your refund process begins promptly once the request is authorized.

  • Initiation Time: Refunds are initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving your approved refund request and the return product (if applicable).

  • Credit Time: The credited amount is estimated to reflect in your account within 4-8 business days after we initiate the refund.

  • Mode of Refund: For all eligible refunds (cancellations and product returns), the amount will be credited back to the original payment source (online banking, credit card, or debit card) used for the purchase.

Note: The final timing of the credit depends on external agencies, including banks and payment gateways.
